I just want to let you know how happy and satisfied I am with your FAX4WORD product.  I was really under the gun to get out 300+ personalized FAX Messages to our client population and did not have anything available that could perform the task. 

My deadline was within 24 hours and I truly was in a dilemma as to how I could meet a critical deadline.  A quick search using GOOGLE and I found your FAX4WORD.  Without hesitation, I downloaded the trial package and found that it would meet my immediate needs.  A simple install process and a few updates to my database had me sending out FAX Messages in less than an hour.

Using FAX4WORD to send my documents, I met my objective and am already looking for other business uses for your product.  THANK YOU SO MUCH!

I have used Fax4Word all this week and have been VERY pleased with it. I downloaded trials of most of the fax software out there and none of them came close to what I wanted. Fax4Word was perfect for my application--mostly broadcast faxes from MS Word (one of them went to 170 businesses). What I like best is that it is so simple and works smoothly with the MS Fax Print driver.

I was told of the great service provided by Fax4Word and I must say that the report I received did not understate the service given by Sanjay of Fax4Word. That was the finest service/support I have ever received in over 20 years of computer support. He was fast in returning an email in answer to my questions (less than 10 minutes) and he was correct in his help every time. It took three queries for me to get up and running with the software due to complications of my own computer, not the Fax4Word software, and Sanjay was of tremendous help in doing so.  Lastly, the software worked very well and very simply.  My first fax attempt was successful, 436 faxes sent overnight whilst I enjoyed a good night's sleep.  How can you beat that for service?
